How quickly is my name registered?

For generic extensions like .com, .net, .io and .dev, registration completes within minutes of payment and the domain appears in your dashboard straight away. .com.bd is reviewed by the Bangladesh registry and usually takes one to three business days.

What does the price include?

The registry fee for the first year, free DNS, registrar lock, nameserver and DNS management, and access to the dashboard. The renewal price is always shown next to the first-year price, so you know what you'll pay next year before you pay anything this year.

How can I pay?

Bangladeshi debit and credit cards, international cards, and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and others) through SSLCommerz, or a direct bank transfer — upload your deposit slip and we'll confirm it.

Do I really own the name?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name as the registrant. You can move it to another registrar at any time by unlocking it and requesting an auth code from your dashboard — we never hold names hostage.

Do I have to use LeafDot Deploy?

No. Deploy with us and the domain is connected automatically — or point your nameservers anywhere and add the records another provider gives you (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV and more). Shopify, Wix, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365: they all work.

What happens if I forget to renew?

Turn on auto-renew and you won't have to think about it. Either way we email reminders well before expiry. Most generic domains then have a grace period after expiry during which you can still renew at the normal price.
